They are working on something bigger and better than blu-ray and when or if they decide to release it I’m sure the majority of sales are gonna be HD by that time. So in my opinion Blue-Ray will possibly be just like A-tracks. You may think o I got blue-ray but the shelf-life isn’t gonna beat HD at all.

before hd died (RIP) this was an amazing player. I still use it to play dvd’s and hd dvds that i still own. Works amazing!!! very clear picture on my 42 inch 1080p tv with hdmi!

Why so much when microsoft itself has lowered the price to $50.00 and you can get it at that price or less everywhere else? The item is being phased out, just like the HD format. There will be no more movies made in this format. Netflix is expected to drop HD within a year. Blockbuster will probably do likewise.
