Nice addition for the AV receiver. This switch has a small footprint, and my harmony remote controls it just fine.

This av switcher/selector works perfectly for my needs. I have an older HDTV that does not have any HDMI ports, so component video is my only HD option at the moment.
My TV has two “component in” connections but I needed three and this switch was the perfect solution. I now have my PS3, Roku Netflix player and my digital cable TV signal running through this switch into component one on the TV. It also has digital (fiber optic) audio, so I have my PS3 and the Netflix player audio running into my Yamaha receiver via toslink optical/digital audio cables for excellent sound.
This item really simplified my setup. I couldn’t be happier with it.
